Permanent Supportive Housing Program
This is a Request for Qualifications and Interest for agencies to apply to become the subgrantee of the Permanent Supportive Housing Program. The Permanent Supportive Housing Program provides rental assistance and case management for chronically homeless individuals living with a disability. All RFQ-Is must be COMPLETE. The Board of County Commissioners have adopted Policies and Procedures for the Veterans Assistance Fund Program offering temporary financial assistance. Assistance can be provided with rent/mortgage, utilities, transportation (such as bus tickets), food and burial/cremation. The County’s Veterans Relief Fund is available through the local post. Interested applicants are asked to reach out to the local post to begin the interview process for eligibility. Honorably Discharged Veterans must meet all eligibility requirements in order to receive assistance. For additional questions please contact your local post.
