Pacific County Offices
Beginning June 2nd, the Annex and Courthouse in North County will be open to the public. Beginning June 15th, the Annex and Courthouse will be open to the public. All community member will be asked to wear a face mask while in the building(s). For the department directory, click here.

The Pacific County Health and Human Services Department
Both offices are open to the public as of June 15. North County office will be open to the public.

Pandemic EBT Program (P-EBT)
Washington State has been approved to operate the Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) Program. This is a new, temporary food benefit to help families buy groceries. All kids who qualify for free or reduced lunch are eligible. Additionally, immigrant households, running start high school students and graduating high school seniors are all eligible. DEADLINES APPROACHING FAST.

Pacific County Clerk’s Office
The Pacific County Clerk’s office will be closed to the general public except from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. If people need help regarding domestic violence or protection orders, the clerk’s office asked people to call ahead and staff will let them in the office. There is also a box outside the office where people may drop off paperwork.

Pacific County Superior Court
The Pacific County Superior Court will open to the public June 2nd.

South Pacific District Court
Open to the public beginning June 15th. Fine payments can be made either: by mail to 7013 Sandridge Road, Long Beach, WA 98631; or submitted through www.southpacifictix.com; or people can call 1-877-793-8935.

Pacific County Courthouse

The Pacific County Courthouse has reopened to the public as of June 2nd  in North County, and June 15th in South County. ​

South County Treasurer office 
The Pacific County Treasurer offices in Long Beach and South Bend and Long Beach will be closed until further notice. ​

CCAP COVID-19 Assistance Program:
Assistance with household expenses (rent, mortgages, utilities) to Pacific County residents whose employment was effected by COVID-19 layoffs or reduced hours.

Food Backpack Program 
A partnership between the First Lutheran Church, South Bend School, community volunteers, and local merchants donating bags for food to send home with students K-12. Bags are delivered every Friday afternoon.  Please contact Kathryn Staats at kastaats@southbendschools.org

Willapa Behavioral Health
WBH is accepting new clients/patients for all services. They are currently offering face-to-face visits provided staff and clients meet the criteria for safe entry into all of three locations (Long Beach, Raymond, Montesano).  **Also offering appointments via Telehealth and phone. To schedule an appointment, please call (360) 942-2303.


Dispute Resolution Center of Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties 
Offering free 30-minute conflict coaching sessions in English and Spanish, twice a week during this crisis. 
Mondays and Thursdays 
  • 11 am - 1 pm English
  • 12 pm - 1 pm Spanish
The service is free and confidential and open to all in Grays and Pacific Counties. To access the service, call 360-532-8950 during the designated times. No appointment necessary.

Lifeline Connections 
Outpatient substance use and mental health treatment programs are now available in a virtual environment. Patients can complete an assessment, see their counselor, go to group or anything else their customized treatment plan requires. To schedule a virtual appointment, please call 800-604-0025 or email admissions@lifelineconnections.org.

Pacific County Senior Center
Pacific County Senior Center is located at 324 Jackson Street in Raymond. They will only serve to go meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Call 360-942-5739 for more information.

Coast Community Action Program (CCAP)
Serving to go meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday at 152 1st Avenue in Ilwaco. If you are over 60, and unable to come to lunch, meals can be delivered to your home. Please call 360-642-3990 if you need this service.

Senior Community Lunch
ROSBURG — Lower Columbia Community Action Program will offer a to-go lunch at Rosburg Hall every Thursday. Call 360-425-3430 extension 259 for information.

His Supper Table meals
His Supper Table, at the corner of 10th and Pacific Highway in Long Beach, will offer to-go meals from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. every Monday and Wednesday. There is no charge for a meal but donations are gladly accepted. Local churches, businesses and individuals generously support this program. Tuesday through Saturday call 360-642-4105 if you have questions.

Due to the state budget shortfall because of the COVID-19 pandemic, employees in this office are on furlough and the office will be closed on the following dates:

South Bend City Hall
Closed until further notice. All services are still available. Community Members are encouraged to use the payment drop box located next to the front door of city hall. For questions please call: 360-875-5571.

Ilwaco City Hall and Ilwaco Community Room
Ilwaco City Hall, 120 First Ave. N, and the Ilwaco Community Room, 158 First Ave. N, are closed to the public.

There is a drop slot next to the front door of city hall for utility payments. If people need assistance at the curb, please call and let staff know. Utility bills may also be paid online. People in need of further assistance please call city hall at 360-642-3145.

Cranberry Museum-Closed until further notice

Harbor Association of Volunteers for Animals
The Harbor Association of Volunteers for Animals' Board of Directors have canceled our spring tea this year. The board has already received some RSVP’s and those people will be contacted individually about a refund. Donations for the group's silent auction will be used at the shelter's annual Spay-ghetti dinner, which is set for July 10.

Museums closed
The Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum, the Columbia River Maritime Museum, and Clatsop County museums have all announced closures for the duration of the emergency.

Timberland Libraries
Facilities continue to remain closed to the public until further notice. All Pacific County TRL locations are currently offering curbside pickup. Community Members are encouraged to text or call to arrange pickup between 1pm - 5pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays for the South Bend, Naselle, Ilwaco and Ocean Park facilities. Please note the Raymond TRL facility is remaining closed for repairs.

Community Table
Because of concerns for the coronavirus, Community Table in Ocean Park will be suspending its meal program from March 24 until April 24.
